As an educator, I plan to give the students good learning environments and lesson plans to the best of my ability. I want the children to learn in a fun way while also allowing them to retain the information for later use. Teaching is not just a job but a leadership to guide the students in the right direction and allow them to receive the best education possible for them. My responsibility as an educator is to teach the students the standards of mathematics in a way they will retain and remember the information to use later in their lives. I should make a welcoming environment where the students are willing to learn the information they need too as I guide them through their education. I believe that every class and school has a different light glowing and are taught in different ways all hoping to lead in a positive direction for the students futures.
I believe that technology has changed teaching and learning strategies in the 21st century that allows education to have more information to use throughout learning. Technology is a large asset for educators with allowing them to think outside the lines of paper and pencil, textbooks, and desk work. It opens up so many different techniques of teaching that educators can use in their favor to vary the lessons throughout a school year. Technology allows students many more resources to use for projects, and it also creates so many more tools to be creative in learning and help sources for work. Using technology in the classroom will allow everyone to be up to date with learning and give a new style of teaching to the classroom.
